We take great care in handpicking and inspecting every fabric before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best quality.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

All our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Since we sell fabric materials that are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed and processed.

Exceptions (if applicable)

We only offer replacements in the rare event that:

• You receive a wrong item, or
• The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

To report such issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 📩 pransdesigns@gmail.com, along with:

• Your order number
• A clear video of the issue

Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. These differences do not qualify for a return or refund.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, as each fabric is carefully cut and packed to your specific order.
