We take pride in delivering your favourite fabrics safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During new collection launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

We’ll notify you if there’s any unexpected delay.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 🏙️ 3–7 business days within South India

  • 🏡 5–10 business days for other regions in India

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner’s service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

We currently offer:

  • đźšš Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • No Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are offered.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
You can use this link to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

5. Delays or Delivery Issues

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you suspect it’s lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery attempt with supporting photo/video or courier updates. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India.
